to capture a snapshot you have to do some manual work at the moment: use the PrtScn button (print screen function, you may have to toggle the F Lock button) to capture this page (use F11 to open in fullscreen) and then crop it in Microsoft Paint (use Ctrl+V to paste the copied data into the software, you may have to create a new document depending on the program) or GIMP (freeware that does most of what PhotoShop does)
if the Flash movie is running slow, try viewing it smaller
